Loans Processor
• Informs the client regarding loan charges such as monthly amortization, deductions, penalties, net proceeds and documentation requirements prior to release of loan • Ensures that borrower/co-borrower/co-maker complies with the required documents prior to release of loan proceed • Checks the completeness, validity and authenticity of all documents submitted by the borrower/co-borrower/co-maker • Facilitates signing of legal documents to borrowers/co-borrowers/co-makers as applicable • Prepares the Post-Dated Checks (PDCs) and provides a printed copy • Facilitates releasing of loan proceeds to borrowers after completing the required documentations and cancellation of loan checks that are not claimed by borrowers • Encodes all information of the loan borrower in the database system (master file) • Prepares check requests for rebates, refunds, agent’s commission, net proceeds, cash cards and opening of checking account • Consolidates and ensures proper filing of all loan documents • Performs other work-related functions that may be assigned from time to time Qualifications: • Willing to train in Ortigas Pasig for two (2) weeks (hotel, food, and travel expenses will be covered by the company) • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent • Has good customer service skills, administrative skills and communication skills • Has excellent attention to details as the job requires thorough checking and review of information and accuracy of data • With high sense of responsibility, accountability and integrity • Computer proficient • No work experience required for this position
Credit Review Associate
• Protect the company from fraudulent accounts by doing thorough investigations and review of all accounts being processed • Conduct a thorough analysis of loan applications, financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant documentation to assess the creditworthiness of borrowers • Evaluate the risk profile of borrowers by analyzing factors such as income stability, debt-to-income ratio, credit history, collateral, and industry trends • Ensure compliance with internal policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements while reviewing credit applications • Verify the accuracy and completeness of loan documentation, including legal and financial documentation, and identify any potential discrepancies or red flags • Utilize financial models and tools to assess credit proposals' viability and profitability and determine appropriate loan terms and conditions • Prepare detailed credit review reports summarizing the analysis, findings, and recommendations for credit decisions • Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries from internal stakeholders and maintain a customer-centric approach in dealing with external customers. • Conducts external verification to validate data/information provided/submitted by clients concerning their loan applications • Use or find different methods of validation to verify the information provided/submitted by clients • Other tasks that may be endorsed by the department head Qualifications: • Educational Requirement: bachelor’s degree in a related field • Work Experience: 0-6 months related experience. This includes conducting product presentations and sales pitches to prospective customers • Conduct cold calls and field visits to attract new clients • Maintain strong relationship with existing clients and ensure renewal • Supervise sales associates to ensure assistance to clients in completing loan applications and gathering necessary documentation. If necessary, assist the client or sales associate to ensure prompt processing of loan applications • Coordinate with the credit and loan processing teams to facilitate the approval of loans • Ensure that all loan applications meet company policies and regulatory requirements • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and client feedback • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to improve sales skills • Assist the Branch manager in meeting and exceeding targets • Acts as officer in charge in the absence of a Branch Manager or if instructed by Management • May be assigned to supervise other branches in case of need and necessity • Perform such other task as may be assigned from time to time Qualifications: • Strong sales, communication and negotiation skills • Willing to go on field work and can be assigned to other branches if needed • Ability to build and maintain client relationships • Knowledge of lending products, loan application processes would be an advantage • Willing to engage in fieldwork to identify prospective clients and deliver compelling sales presentations • Willing to train in Ortigas Pasig for two (2) weeks
Credit Review Associate
• Protect the company from fraudulent accounts by doing thorough investigations and review of all accounts being processed • Conduct a thorough analysis of loan applications, financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant documentation to assess the creditworthiness of borrowers • Evaluate the risk profile of borrowers by analyzing factors such as income stability, debt-to-income ratio, credit history, collateral, and industry trends • Ensure compliance with internal policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements while reviewing credit applications • Verify the accuracy and completeness of loan documentation, including legal and financial documentation, and identify any potential discrepancies or red flags • Utilize financial models and tools to assess credit proposals' viability and profitability and determine appropriate loan terms and conditions • Prepare detailed credit review reports summarizing the analysis, findings, and recommendations for credit decisions • Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries from internal stakeholders and maintain a customer-centric approach in dealing with external customers. • Conducts external verification to validate data/information provided/submitted by clients concerning their loan applications • Use or find different methods of validation to verify the information provided/submitted by clients • Other tasks that may be endorsed by the department head Qualifications: • Educational Requirement: bachelor’s degree in a related field • Work Experience: 0-6 months related experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and administrative skills • Ability to multitask and work under pressure • Proficient in MS applications and willing to learn other systems used by the company. Loans Processor
• Informs the client regarding loan charges such as monthly amortization, deductions, penalties, net proceeds and documentation requirements prior to release of loan • Ensures that borrower/co-borrower/co-maker complies with the required documents prior to release of loan proceed • Checks the completeness, validity and authenticity of all documents submitted by the borrower/co-borrower/co-maker • Facilitates signing of legal documents to borrowers/co-borrowers/co-makers as applicable • Prepares the Post-Dated Checks (PDCs) and provides a printed copy • Facilitates releasing of loan proceeds to borrowers after completing the required documentations and cancellation of loan checks that are not claimed by borrowers • Encodes all information of the loan borrower in the database system (master file) • Prepares check requests for rebates, refunds, agent’s commission, net proceeds, cash cards and opening of checking account • Consolidates and ensures proper filing of all loan documents • Performs other work-related functions that may be assigned from time to time Qualifications: • Willing to train in Ortigas Pasig for two (2) weeks (hotel, food, and travel expenses will be covered by the company) • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent • Has good customer service skills, administrative skills and communication skills • Has excellent attention to details as the job requires thorough checking and review of information and accuracy of data • With high sense of responsibility, accountability and integrity • Computer proficient • No work experience required for this position
